Some of our irrigation heads were damaged apparently from a recent retaining wall extension. We noticed the grass and 2 of our crepe myrtles were wilting from not getting the proper watering on the zone where the retaining wall was put in. I called the American Irrigation office and Tracy did a great job of moving things around on Brandon's schedule to have him come out ASAP and address this problem.Brandon P. and helper Elias Velasquez arrived as scheduled and fixed the broken heads in record time and also relocated 2 heads for better coverage. Right after they left the A.I. office followed up with a courtesy phone call to ensure everything went well. Kudos to Brandon, Elias, Tracy, for yet another job well done!!

American Irrigation Repair did a thorough job inspecting my irrigation system. They found areas needing attention and provided me an estimate for repairs.

My sprinkler system wasn’t working at all and I was referred to American Irrigation Repair. I gave them a call, and they were able to come out the next day and did a full tuneup and inspection of my system and found that a main valve was not working. They were able to replace it at that time and had me back up and running in no time.Agustin, Veronica, and Oscar were all a pleasure to work with; and being a first-time customer the transaction and scheduling they made very simple. I would recommend their five star service to anyone! Thank you all!

Juan (1) explained to me what he was here for and when he was through checking all the sprinklers, he would return with a list of what needed to be fixed and a quote. He walked me around the house, pointing out what and where the problems were. I didn't know there was so much broken. He answered all my questions. Juan(2) a well as 1 got right after it finished quicker then i anticipated. I plan to let my friends know about you. Oh yes, the young lady on the phone was kind and understood my questions and was patient.
