LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

If you are an ongoing prepaid club tune up customer and a repair or installation we made or installed ever breaks due to a failure of our workmanship, we provide the labor to repair the item at no charge to you, ever. If anything we repair breaks due to a defect in the materials or labor we provided within the first six months after we performed the work we fix it again, free of any charge to you.

1 YEAR INSTALLATION WARRANTY

All complete new systems we install are completely covered from end to end of the system for a period of 1 full year. This means if anything breaks due to a defect in the materials or labor we provided it’s our problem, call us let us know what happened and we zip someone out there to fix it quickly.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

All products and components purchased from us have a trade warranty in which the product manufacturer will provide us with a replacement product if the product is defective. Minimum manufacturer warranty periods are generally controllers & valves 2 years, heads 2 years.

UTILITY DAMAGE WARRANTY

We will pay to repair any utilities that we damage that are clearly marked prior to us beginning the job, and were correctly installed. To take advantage of this warranty, simply ensure that all utilities are marked prior to our beginning the requested work. Dig Tess (call – 811)

EXCLUSIONS

There are a couple that are obvious. Damage caused by lightning, mowers, vehicles & equipment, construction activity, freezing temperatures, and water that contains dirt, rocks or debris are not covered under warranty.

American Irrigation Repair was incredibly responsive to my initial inquiry. They even pulled the appointment in by 2 days. Juan was very polite, professional, and managed the repair in less than 30 minutes.

Came over to do an inspection and repair on a known leak and was able to point out various other areas of my irrigation system that needed addressing.

House was purchased nine months ago and previous inspections and repairs did not show these gaps in our watering. A whole section of the back yard had zero coverage!

After going through the plan and signing off, they completed an underground repair, installed five new sprinklers, extended multiple lines of coverage, repaired a drip line and multiple bad heads in under 3 hours. Amazing work done and quickly.

Now I know why the lawn wasn’t in great shape when we bought it, won’t be a problem anymore thanks to American Irrigation Repair!
