Called to have crew come out just to tweak a few zones in front yard because of new sod. Guys found and replaced 1 broken head, and made rest of the front yard zones spray the perfect amount on rest of yard. What’s awesome is I called Thursday night at 5:30pm and they actually answered the phones that late in the day. Even more impressive is the crew was at my house by 11am Friday, the very next day. I have been a customer and reward package customer for a few years and every time I call, these guys make me feel like a high priority customer. Their work is perfect, pricing is fair and not over priced. I’m a customer for as long as I have a sprinkler system

American Irrigation is the BEST! Everyone at American Irrigation provides wonderful service! Recently Santos and Juan answered our service need. It was obvious that several parts of the system needed attention and they immediately got busy, not wasting any time. The BIG problem was that the control box was very old, like 15 years old or more and it was not functioning properly. That is when I became aware of Santos' in depth knowledge and skills. He explained step by step what was not working properly and how that effected the system in general. He put no pressure on to get a new control panel, but with all the understandable information he had provided, the choice was not difficult, a new control box was needed. After installation of the control box, Santos explained very carefully all the information about it's use. He and Juan did a wonderful job and it was done with a pleasant, kind and caring smile on their faces.Afterward, Lizette called to make sure I was pleased with the work. Again, I could see her smiling face just from her sweet voice! American Irrigation is just THE best! Thankful for their people and the great service they provide!
