We had a leaking double-check irrigation valve, and when our usual irrigation company couldn’t send a technician the same day to stop the leak, American Irrigation stepped up and sent a knowledgeable technician out the very same day to help us. When tightening the relief valves didn’t fully resolve the issue, American Irrigation credited the initial service visit toward the replacement, which we truly appreciated. Every technician they sent was friendly, professional, and hardworking. In about two hours, a team of two technicians dug up our old, leaking valve and replaced it with a brand-new double-check valve. Upddate on 7/23/2022: Mike came out to make minor repairs and adjust water. Very knowledgeable, thorough and plus a nice guy. He took care of everything and gave me a clear explanation of what he did. I strongly recommend American Irrigation.

Update 2/22/2023: Elija and Elias came out for my semi-annual service. Right on time. First they found a bad irrigation controller. Haven't used it for several months. Fortunately they had a new one with them. The guys did a thorough system check and discovered several broken sprinkler heads and some areas with insufficient coverage. All was taken care of including updating zone times and watering days. American Irrigation offers a great service. It's nice not having to worry about my irrigation system.

Update: 9/23/2024

Had drip line leak. Team came out next day and quickly found problem. Because I am a member, they made all repairs without cost.

Top notch customer service and appreciated Teamwork provided by the American Irrigation Technicians - Abraham V., and Filiberto V., for the outstanding attention to details, working as a Team when inspecting each of the sprinkler heads, the irrigation lines and ensuring the control boxes are in good condition and that I shouldn’t have any problems when the Texas weather takes a turn for the bad stuff this Winter.
The American Irrigation Office Staff is always personable, attentive and knowledgeable, too.
The Irrigation Repair Technicians, Abraham V., and Filiberto V., were totally professional, and their company vehicle was well stocked with the necessary replacement parts, and they took the time to assess and address each of my concerns that I had pointed out, which I was very appreciative.
Thank YOU to the entire American Irrigation Teams and especially for having well-trained and polite Irrigation Technicians like Abraham V., and Filiberto V., who actually cares about what they are doing, listens to their customer(s), then takes the necessary time to address and adjust/repair the system.

I have been very pleased with American Irrigation and have had a service contract for several years. They call when it is time to schedule the semi-annual service.
They arrived at the time scheduled. After checking the system, sprinkler heads, and micro-sprinkers they made any adjustments necessary.. I would highly recommend American Irrigation for any sprinkler needs.
