The crew came out to inspect my system. Made a list of what was wrong/needed attention. Created a critical list and cost. There was a medium list and a premium list and cost. I picked the repairs that I wanted done. The same crew arrived a few days later and did everything on the list. I had a couple of concerns and they took care of those concerns without question. I highly recommend this crew. By the way, they liked the Root Beer and Dr Peppers I offered them. I signed up for the twice a year inspection. I hope the same crew returns. Also, I talked to the lady in the office and she was very helpful!! Thank you American Irrigation!!

I have been extremely pleased with American Irrigation's service. I have used them for 6 years +/-. My most recent experience with them was installing a drip irrigation zone in a new shrub/plant bed. In addition Juan took the time to show me to program my sprinkler system controller so as to only run 1 zone for irrigation while having all other programs and zones not watering, as only the new plants will need watering until things dry our from the recent rain.The work was done in a very reasonable time frame and, as usual, professionally and courteously. I would highly recommend them.

Was referred to American Irrigation years ago. We are always happy for the services they provide. We have even referred them to our neighbors which use their service as well. This morning we had our fall tuneup.Brandon and his helper, Trevor were awesone. Their professionalism and expertise went above and beyond what anyone could dream of. May 2024. American Irrigation performed our semi-annual checkup. They found a damaged valve by driveway as well as a broken sprinkler head next to driveway. This is not unusual as the UPS, FedEx and Amazon trucks use our driveway for deliveries and are not the best, careful drivers. The guys took care of the damaged equipment and adjusted other heads as needed. Great service, very reasonable prices and very friendly team. I highly recommend them and appreciate what they do!October 2023. Once again American Irrigation (AI) exceeded my expectations. Today AI came out for the semi-annual tune-up!While testing the system they discovered the controller panel had a few "dead terminals", in short lightening must have hit the house during the last bad storm we had and damaged the controller. The lead tech explained the issue and demonstrated the problem. If I didn't have AI service contract there was no way I would have ever known I had an issue. The AI team had a replacement controller on their truck and could install it right away. I could not be happier with the service and very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend American Irrigation for your home irrigation system!March 2022. I was so pleased with the work American Irrigation Repair performed for me last year (2021) that I called them to get a quote to expand my irrigation system as well as sign up for another year of their maintenance service! Juan M and his team just finished the work, and I am VERY pleased with the quality of work, how clean and neat their left my yard, and the additional irrigation system was installed exactly how we discussed. Juan M also did an exceptional, thorough job in making sure every sprinkler head was in perfect working order. If you are like me and have zero skills attending to your sprinkler system American Irrigation should be your first call. Their prices are very reasonable, their work is always excellent, and their crews very polite and hard working. My wife and I give them our highest recommendation!!! Five Stars!2021: My sprinkler system was not working correctly so I called American Irrigation for help. I spoke with Krysten, explained my issues, and she was able to get me an appointment quickly by moving some assignments around. Cecilio, the technician, came out to the house right on time the next day. He and his partner did a very complete inspection and review of the system. They identified some sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced, and others that only needed a minor repairs. They did an excellent job, and can visually see a vast improvement in the operation of the system. I am very pleased with their work, and highly recommend American Irrigation when you need repairs.I also like their maintenance plan, twice a year they will inspect the system, make adjustments, and perform repairs if needed. This insures my irrigation system is performing properly all year long, and the investment in our landscaping is protected.

I own a lawncare business and refer all my customers to American Irrigation for any fixes/audits that may be needed. Ive never heard any of my customers complain about their service.

Arrived on time and was very professional. Explained the process they were going to do for the irrigation tune-up and then we would discuss recommended repairs/actions based on my concerns and needs. Showed me where all my problem areas were and remedies to fix. Answered all my questions and I was happy to continue the club membership for discounts and tune-ups. I have been very pleased with American Irrigation and have had a service contract for several years. They call when it is time to schedule the semi-annual service.Augustin and Oscar arrived at the time scheduled. After checking the system and sprinkler heads they replaced a head that was not rotating properly and noted several sprinkler heads that had small leaks that would need replacement at some point. I would highly recommend for any sprinkler needs.
