American Irrigation is the BEST! Everyone at American Irrigation provides wonderful service! Recently Santos and Juan answered our service need. It was obvious that several parts of the system needed attention and they immediately got busy, not wasting any time. The BIG problem was that the control box was very old, like 15 years old or more and it was not functioning properly. That is when I became aware of Santos' in depth knowledge and skills. He explained step by step what was not working properly and how that effected the system in general. He put no pressure on to get a new control panel, but with all the understandable information he had provided, the choice was not difficult, a new control box was needed. After installation of the control box, Santos explained very carefully all the information about it's use. He and Juan did a wonderful job and it was done with a pleasant, kind and caring smile on their faces.Afterward, Lizette called to make sure I was pleased with the work. Again, I could see her smiling face just from her sweet voice! American Irrigation is just THE best! Thankful for their people and the great service they provide!
